It's time to name, shame and take a snapshot of the worst excesses of our Big Brother State:
- Seen a poster that coerces you to stay silent?
- Followed by surveillance cameras on your way to the shops?
- Is there a building or institution near you which stands as an icon of our overbearing state?
We have thousands of stickers like the one on the right and we want to give them away so that you can name and shame the everyday invaders of your privacy.
Send us your name and address to info@bigbrotherwatch.org.uk together with the number of stickers you would like us to send and we will post them in an envelope to that address, completely free of charge. Then email us your pictures and the best images will be hosted on the blog!
Below are a selection of photos taken to start the game off. The rogue's gallery is now available to view here.

Since the petty minded bureaucrats are likely to claim that the offence of "criminal damage" has been committed if you slap one of these stickers on their property, you should consider taking some precautions.
Those stickers appear to be ideal for leaving your Fingerprints and DNA samples on the outside, and perhaps DNA, hair, clothing fibre and other characteristic dust forensic evidence caught on the sticky adhesive side.
The meta-data embedded in the published photo images may also implicate the owner of a particular camera or mobile phone device e.g. the Met Police picture above appears to have been taken using a Blackberry 9000, which also embeds a "uuid" unique identifier into the image.
Obviously such forensic investigation techniques cost money and are normally only used in Serious Crime cases, but since otherwise peaceful political protestors are being treated as "Domestic Extremists", and the Met's Counter Terrorism Command is used to arrest and / or search the offices of opposition Members of Parliament these days, there is a real risk of disproportionate overreaction.
Will the Big Brother Watch "Guerrilla Sticker Action" cadres remember to wear their baseball caps and hoodies when under CCTV camera surveillance ?
Will they remember to have their mobile phones switched off when approach their target buildings, so as not to leave a Communications Traffic Data / Location Data Service data trail ?
The fact that any of these dissident political activist techniques or precautions are needed here in Britain at all is an international disgrace.

Wouldn't it be better for everyone to get arrested, thus filling the jails and breaking the system?

I wish I had had some of these stickers today for Manchester Airport Train Station. They have signs on the cafe door saying "Smile you are on CCTV".
